Laguna Sea Caves

My buddy Blaise had the day off today and he decided to make the drive up and hang out with me (sucha sweet guy). We hit up "1,000 Steps" in Laguna to go check out the sea caves over there. We heard this place was a nice spot to chill and take pics and it definitely do not disappoint. 

There really aren't 1,000 steps to get to the beach but I can see why it could feel like there are that many. I had to stop for a quick breather on my way back up. Granted we got there around noon on a weekday, the beach was pretty much empty and secluded. There were probably less than ten people, including me and Blaise, who got to share about a mile of sand. 

The sea caves were awesome and I for sure plan on going back there with J for a little photo shoot.

Moving on up!

Moved my babies up to crew this week! Aren't they precious in their new uniforms??

I'm just a little obsessed with them!

These pictures make me miss the beach and being able to just stare out into the endless ocean and not have to worry about a damn thing. I envy people who are able to live comfortably and take a ridiculous number of vacations with their loved ones. Until then, back on the work grind.

SaturDAZE

Today was crazy! I woke up at the crack of dawn… ok really it was like 6:30am… but that's RIDICULOUSLY early for me! Today was our at-large program for the Distinguished Young Women of Orange County. It's a one day event for those in OC to qualify for the state program. DYW is an AMAZING scholarship program, that used to be called Junior Miss. And back in the day, I went to state as Carlsbad's Junior Miss, and left the program as a whole new better version of myself. But enough about the program, you could learn more at ajm.org :)

We only had 3 girls able to participate today, which was a bummer since we almost had 7 girls! But these three were wonderful and very talented!

I was the choreographer and backstage manager, so I opted out of the picture since everyone was in cute outfits… and I was so sweaty! Haha people seriously don't give backstage hands enough credit… that ish is HARD WORK!

Quick Sesh

Did a very quick photo session with my love before she went to work. We literally only spent two minutes taking pictures and then she had to leave. Good thing she's so good at modeling and is naturally beautiful that it doesn't take long to get a good shot. ;)
