I'd never actually been there before and I'd say it's average compared to a lot of the other places I've been to. One of the upsides is we were able to practice our "short game" for free and that's where we spent most of our time.

Golf Daze
Found time today to head up to Del Mar and hit up the golf range over there. It was actually pretty cold & overcast by the coast where we were compared to other parts of San Diego where it was nice & sunny.
I'd never actually been there before and I'd say it's average compared to a lot of the other places I've been to. One of the upsides is we were able to practice our "short game" for free and that's where we spent most of our time.
